. . . "My sincere thanks for the hard work and effort that you and the crew of the Legacy have put in to pass the recent inspections. This year it was particularly hard as you had Coast Guard, ABS and passengers on board while you were practicing drills, yet you still continued to provide a high level of service to our passengers. You are to be recommended.
The Coast Guard was full of praise for the way that all departments handled themselves. They pointed out that the ships crew have continued to improve and that you take the drills very seriously. They do in fact, use the Legacy as a standard to inspect other ships.
ABS, stated that they have never seen a fire drill and abandon ship drill carried out so professionally. They also mentioned that crew have made huge improvements over the last twelve months. They enjoyed their two days onboard and felt that their job was made easier due to the crew being so well trained, organized, and all the relevant paper work being correct and ready for them.
I take great pride in the Legacy and the Legacy crew."
